Our first meeting to discuss
Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet was a fun night and thanks to everyone who came and contributed your insights on this wonderful book. It was fun to hear your views and ideas about the story. For me, it was a tender, beautiful story and I found it interesting to learn more about the internment of the Japanese during WWII. I loved the ending and found it immensely satisfying. I hope everyone enjoyed reading this book. Thanks to Danielle for a great pick!

Remember Me by Mary Higgins Clark as the selection. I'm looking forward to reading this; I've never read anything by Mary Higgins Clark but I've heard she's very good.
